Kaufil Sealing Technologies, S.A. has signed with Magna Exterior & Interior Corp., in detail with CoExTec in Toronto, Canada, a “Marketing and Technology Development Agreement”.

With this agreement, both Companies want to assure a global manufacturing presence for their customer base and be able to attend worldwide OEM production platforms.

Additionally, both Companies agreed on sharing their existing Knowhow to assure innovative ideas and best practice in the benefit for their customer base.

New Joint Venture between Kaufil Sealing Technologies, S.A. and Uralelastotechnika, Yekaterinburg, Russia.

Kaufil has decided to enter into a Joint Venture with Uralelastotechnika in Yekaterinburg, Russia.

The objective of this Joint Venture is to deliver all non-Russian automotive brands being produced in Russia.

Both Companies have agreed to the details of establishing the new Company Kaufil – Uralelastotechnika OOO during the last visit of Kaufil´s CEO, Werner Gehring, after meeting with Jury Gritzay, Managing Director and Shareholder of Uralelastotechnika.

This is a further important step for Kaufil to follow an internalization strategy and to attend the OEM demand for local content in the Russian market.

Uralelastotechnika is currently supplying sealing parts to the Russian OEMs and has production equipment for mixing, rubber and PVC extrusion and finishing of sealing systems.

As a first step, Kaufil and Uralelastotechnika have agreed to do an intensive Know-How exchange to guarantee the same quality level in Russia as in Europe.
